East London
My father Wayne has been accepted for treatment at East London Transplant Centre in East London, starting on Saturday in April. We live 309 km away in a village four hours away, and hotel costs would use up what we have set aside for the treatment itself. We're looking for a room, granny flat or short-term rental within about 30 minutes of the hospital, for 4 weeks. Two of us would stay: Wayne and me. We can contribute $40 a week and cook for the household if you'd like. Wayne will have some immune precautions, so a clean, smoke-free place would be ideal. A kitchen is a bonus. Thank you. If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

    • good luck, Tshepo. Gave what I could, wish it was more. It's not much but it's yours!

      • You're not alone, Tshepo. Hope the doctors have good news. My neighbor in Berlin donated after I showed her your page.
