A repair café workshop for the old Freedom bus depot: help our neighbors in Warsaw
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a repair café workshop - we need $1,800 for materials.

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a repair café workshop. This year a group of 23 volunteers, including a retired civil engineer, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the old Freedom bus depot, but no funding.
We have received donated soil and plants, and the remaining cost is $1,800.
It will serve about 541 people, including young people who have nowhere safe to play. We'll hold a build day in October and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $1,800 goes:
• Materials: $1,500
• Tools hire and delivery: $145
• Safety equipment and signage: $155
