A repair café workshop for Liberty Primary School: help our neighbors in Davao City
Volunteers in Davao City are raising $500 for a repair café workshop at Liberty Primary School.

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a repair café workshop. This year a group of 26 volunteers, including a group of teenagers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Liberty Primary School, but no funding.
We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $500.
It will serve about 125 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in October and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $500 goes:
• Tools hire and delivery: $65
• Permits and inspections: $55
• Materials: $380
