A rainwater harvesting system for the Union community hall: help our neighbors in Lagos
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a rainwater harvesting system - we need $450 for materials.

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a rainwater harvesting system. This year a group of 15 volunteers, including a retired civil engineer, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Union community hall, but no funding.
We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $450.
It will serve about 590 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in March and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $450 goes:
• Safety equipment and signage: $40
• Materials: $330
• Tools hire and delivery: $80
