A playground for the Maple health centre yard: help our neighbors in Paris
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a playground - we need $1,750 for materials.

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a playground. This year a group of 19 volunteers, including a group of teenagers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Maple health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated volunteer hours worth about $920, and the remaining cost is $1,750.
It will serve about 312 people, including elderly neighbors living alone. We'll hold a build day in May and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $1,750 goes:
• Tools hire and delivery: $170
• Permits and inspections: $160
• Materials: $1,420
