A playground for Harmony Primary School: help our neighbors in Novosibirsk

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a playground. This year a group of 22 volunteers, including the parish youth group, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Harmony Primary School, but no funding. We have received donated timber, and the remaining cost is $1,250. It will serve about 581 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in September and everyone is invited. We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos. All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance. Where the $1,250 goes: • Materials: $930 • Permits and inspections: $115 • Safety equipment and signage: $85 • Tools hire and delivery: $120 Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
