A playground: a volunteer-led effort in Zagazig
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a playground - we need $300 for materials.

For three years the neighborhood has asked for a playground. This year a group of 11 volunteers, including the neighborhood football club, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Unity health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $300.
It will serve about 344 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.

• Materials: $240
• Tools hire and delivery: $25
• Safety equipment and signage: $35
