A pair of hearing aids for Ani: help Ani move freely
Ani needs a pair of hearing aids that the health system won't fund; the cost is $1,000.

Ani lives with multiple sclerosis. The occupational therapist at the Medan Mobility Clinic has assessed her and recommended a pair of hearing aids. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $1,000.
Her current equipment is 10 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 4 weeks.
With the right equipment Ani could attend work interviews. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
Where the $1,000 goes:
• pair of hearing aids: $920
• Fitting and training sessions: $55
• Delivery and set-up: $25
