A licensed plumber to fix a dangerous fault at Sarah's home in Bakersfield
A plumber is needed to repair faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning at the home of a family of 4.

In February an inspector told me that my home has faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning. It's a safety risk for me and my newborn. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $1,800 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed plumber who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $260.
The job should take about six hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a plumber and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
I hope life is good to you.

Sending love. Hope you get there. Love from London.
Hope you get there. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Thinking of Bakersfield.
