A licensed gas fitter to fix a dangerous fault at Rebecca's home in Los Angeles
Looking for a licensed gas fitter in Los Angeles to donate time or work at cost.

In August an inspector told me that my home has a failed boiler with no heating. It's a safety risk for me and my newborn. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $920 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed gas fitter who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $195.
The job should take about three hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a gas fitter and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Love from Thessaloniki
Sending strength, Rebecca. Shared it with a few friends. After 20 years in retail I know how hard it's to ask for anything. God bless!
It takes guts to ask. Well done. We're a small family in Tallahassee but we're thinking of you. Blessings.
Hang in there, Rebecca. Gave what I could, wish it was more. All the best.
I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Greetings from Leeds
