A licensed gas fitter to fix a dangerous fault at Maina's home in Nairobi
A gas fitter is needed to repair a septic backup at the home of a family of 3.

In May an inspector told me that my home has a septic backup. It's a safety risk for me and my three children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $330 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed gas fitter who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $45.
The job should take about four hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a gas fitter and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Your post was clear and honest. I'm in public service myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Love from Soweto
You're not alone, Maina. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. It's not much but it's yours. Thinking of Nairobi.
I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. Greetings from Dublin
