A day in the garden: help Santiago in Tacoma

Fallen branches and overgrowth are blocking Santiago's path; a few hours of help would make a big difference.

I'm 90 and I have lived in this house in Tacoma for 45 years. After the storm in August, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of my hip replacement. The council has told me it will be ten weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner. Help needed: someone with a chainsaw, plus a few people with rakes and gloves. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do. I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
