A day in the garden: help Laxman in Bhaktapur
Fallen branches and overgrowth are blocking Laxman's path; a few hours of help would make a big difference.

I'm 73 and I have lived in this house in Bhaktapur for 39 years. After the storm in July, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of my hip replacement.
The council has told me it will be ten weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: two people with loppers and a wheelbarrow. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.
I hope life is good to you.

So sorry you're going through this. Hope the treatment goes smoothly and recovery is quick. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Greetings from Ubud
Rooting for you, Laxman. It takes guts to ask. Well done. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. All the best.
