A day in the garden: help Gita in Kathmandu
Gita, 73, can no longer manage the yard after a storm; we're looking for helpers with chainsaws and rakes.

I'm 73 and I have lived in this house in Kathmandu for 33 years. After the storm in August, two large branches and a fallen fence have blocked the back door and the garden path. I can no longer manage them myself because of poor eyesight.
The council has told me it will be twelve weeks before they can send someone. I'd feel much safer if it were cleared sooner.
Help needed: a small team to cut, stack and carry away branches. I'll provide tea, sandwiches and the green waste bags. A few hours will do.

Best of luck, Gita. Gave what I could, wish it was more. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Greetings from Tijuana.
Sending love, Gita. Shared it with a few friends
