A craniotomy for Naresh: covering what insurance won't
A scheduled a craniotomy in April is out of reach without help covering $550 of the cost.

Naresh was diagnosed with severe cataracts in both eyes in January. The surgeon at Pune Community Hospital recommended a craniotomy, and He is scheduled for April. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,100, and after what our health plan will pay we're still $550 short.
my father has been in and out of Pune Community Hospital since January. The doctors say severe cataracts in both eyes will get worse without a craniotomy. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,100 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Naresh struggles with daily life and can't walk without help. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 7 weeks. During that time Naresh won't be able to walk without help, so the costs keep growing.
