A covered market stall space for the Pioneer health centre yard: help our neighbors in Aurangabad

For eight years the neighborhood has asked for a covered market stall space. This year a group of 28 volunteers, including a retired civil engineer, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Pioneer health centre yard, but no funding. We have received donated timber, and the remaining cost is $150. It will serve about 253 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in October and everyone is invited. We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos. All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance. Where the $150 goes: • Tools hire and delivery: $80 • Safety equipment and signage: $20 • Permits and inspections: $50 I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.
