A covered market stall space for the old Liberty bus depot: help our neighbors in St. Petersburg
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a covered market stall space - we need $3,200 for materials.

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a covered market stall space. This year a group of 18 volunteers, including a retired civil engineer, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the old Liberty bus depot, but no funding.
We have received donated volunteer hours worth about $1,300, and the remaining cost is $3,200.
It will serve about 404 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $3,200 goes:
• Materials: $2,300
• Permits and inspections: $230
• Safety equipment and signage: $170
• Tools hire and delivery: $500
