A covered market stall space for the Jacaranda vacant lot: help our neighbors in Medellín
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a covered market stall space - we need $850 for materials.

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a covered market stall space. This year a group of 30 volunteers, including the parish youth group, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Jacaranda vacant lot, but no funding.
We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $850.
It will serve about 143 people, including elderly neighbors living alone. We'll hold a build day in June and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $850 goes:
• Tools hire and delivery: $115
• Permits and inspections: $45
• Materials: $690

Sure. The biggest one is tools hire and delivery, $115. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Ask me anything else.
