A covered market stall space for the Harmony community hall: help our neighbors in Cox's Bazar

For five years the neighborhood has asked for a covered market stall space. This year a group of 16 volunteers, including a group of teenagers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Harmony community hall, but no funding. We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $350. It will serve about 481 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in January and everyone is invited. We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos. Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered. Where the $350 goes: • Materials: $240 • Permits and inspections: $25 • Safety equipment and signage: $15 • Tools hire and delivery: $70 I hope life is good to you.
