A covered market stall space for Harmony Primary School: help our neighbors in San Diego

For eight years the neighborhood has asked for a covered market stall space. This year a group of 30 volunteers, including two retired carpenters, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Harmony Primary School, but no funding. We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $3,700. It will serve about 348 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in July and everyone is invited. We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos. Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
