A covered market stall space for Harmony Primary School: help our neighbors in Quezon City

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a covered market stall space. This year a group of 18 volunteers, including a retired civil engineer, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Harmony Primary School, but no funding. We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $600. It will serve about 119 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited. We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos. All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly.
