A community fridge for Lotus Park: help our neighbors in Bogra

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a community fridge. This year a group of 11 volunteers, including a group of teenagers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Lotus Park, but no funding. We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $100. It will serve about 484 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in October and everyone is invited. We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos. All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance. Where the $100 goes: • Permits and inspections: $10 • Tools hire and delivery: $75 • Safety equipment and signage: $15 Every share and every dollar helps. - Rubel
