A community fridge for Cedar Primary School: help our neighbors in Lahore

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a community fridge. This year a group of 17 volunteers, including a retired civil engineer, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Cedar Primary School, but no funding.
We have received donated soil and plants, and the remaining cost is $550.
It will serve about 347 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $550 goes:
• Materials: $400
• Permits and inspections: $40
• Safety equipment and signage: $35
• Tools hire and delivery: $75
