A community fridge for Acacia Primary School: help our neighbors in Södertälje
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a community fridge - we need $4,150 for materials.

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a community fridge. This year a group of 17 volunteers, including local mothers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Acacia Primary School, but no funding.
We have received donated volunteer hours worth about $900, and the remaining cost is $4,150.
It will serve about 482 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in July and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $4,150 goes:
• Materials: $3,250
• Permits and inspections: $330
• Safety equipment and signage: $330
• Tools hire and delivery: $240
