Todd lives with cerebral palsy. The occupational therapist at Scranton General Hospital has assessed him and recommended a communication tablet with eye tracking. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $3,950. His current equipment is 8 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 5 weeks. With the right equipment Todd could go to school independently. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered. Where the $3,950 goes: • First-year servicing plan: $280 • Delivery and set-up: $160 • communication tablet with eye tracking: $3,510 Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.
