A communication tablet with eye tracking for Shuvo: help Shuvo move freely

Shuvo lives with low vision from retinitis pigmentosa. The occupational therapist at Madurai General Hospital has assessed him and recommended a communication tablet with eye tracking. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $100. His current equipment is 14 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 10 weeks. With the right equipment Shuvo could speak with the people around him. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
