Warri
Juliet lives with muscular dystrophy. The occupational therapist at the Warri Rehabilitation Centre has assessed her and recommended a communication tablet with eye tracking. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $450. Her current equipment is 11 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 7 weeks. With the right equipment Juliet could go outside without waiting for someone to push. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered. Where the $450 goes: • Fitting and training sessions: $55 • Delivery and set-up: $15 • communication tablet with eye tracking: $380 Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.
