I'm Emilia, 18, in my final year of high school. My parents work long hours and didn't go to university, so there's no one at home who can help me understand applications, deadlines or financial aid. I'd like to study biomedical science.
I have a distinction average, I volunteer at a food pantry and I have a draft of my personal statement. What I need is someone to read my essays, tell me honestly what's weak, and explain how scholarships work.
I'm looking for an hour a week until December. We can do it by video from anywhere. My mother will be at home during every call, and the school counselor knows about this request.
Thanks for reading. It took me a long time to ask.

Praying for you, Emilia. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did
Good luck with the exams, you've got this. After 11 years in engineering I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Blessings
Hope things get better soon. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My neighbor in Monterrey donated after I showed her your page. Love from Monterrey.
