Sajib lives with an amputation below the knee. The occupational therapist at the Cox's Bazar Rehabilitation Centre has assessed him and recommended a cochlear implant processor upgrade. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $950. His current equipment is 15 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 10 weeks. With the right equipment Sajib could go to school independently. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered. Where the $950 goes: • cochlear implant processor upgrade: $880 • Fitting and training sessions: $20 • Delivery and set-up: $10 • First-year servicing plan: $40 You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it. - Imran
