A cochlear implant processor upgrade for Krishna: help Krishna move freely
Help Krishna get a cochlear implant processor upgrade so He can attend work interviews.
🇳🇵 NepalPosted Oct 1, 2026340 views
Krishna lives with cerebral palsy. The occupational therapist at the Pokhara Mobility Clinic has assessed him and recommended a cochlear implant processor upgrade. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $550.
His current equipment is 8 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 10 weeks.
With the right equipment Krishna could attend work interviews. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.
Where the $550 goes:
• cochlear implant processor upgrade: $480
• First-year servicing plan: $40
• Delivery and set-up: $30
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Hope it all works out. It takes guts to ask. Well done. We're a small family in Rockford but we're thinking of you!
