A cochlear implant processor upgrade for Beatriz: help Beatriz move freely
A cochlear implant processor upgrade would give Beatriz independence - we're $1,750 away.

Beatriz lives with muscular dystrophy. The occupational therapist at the Irapuato Mobility Clinic has assessed her and recommended a cochlear implant processor upgrade. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $1,750.
Her current equipment is 10 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 7 weeks.
With the right equipment Beatriz could go to school independently. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
Where the $1,750 goes:
• Delivery and set-up: $20
• cochlear implant processor upgrade: $1,650
• First-year servicing plan: $80
Thank you so much.

hope the treatment goes smoothly and recovery is quick. Greetings from Kediri.
hope things get better soon. Looking forward to the next update. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. God bless.
Sending strength. Wishing Beatriz a smooth procedure and a full recovery. Thinking of Irapuato.
Stay strong. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Thinking of Irapuato.
