I'm launching a co-working café in Miami next December. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out. I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a co-working café, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers. If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it. Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

  • Hope it all works out. Hope you make a strong comeback. My neighbor in Dar es Salaam donated after I showed her your page.

    • I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Greetings from Gujranwala

      • Rooting for you, Ximena. Shared this with my family. My husband and I read this together.

        • Best of luck, Ximena. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. After 10 years in teaching I know how hard it's to ask for anything. All the best.

          • Hope things get better soon, Ximena. Shared it with a few friends. I went through something like this 3 years ago and strangers helped me out. Love from Rotterdam.
