I'm launching a co-working café in Salvador next October. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a co-working café, willing to have a monthly call for the first six months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
- effort
- 1 hour a month
- format
- Online or by phone
- skills
- small business experience, bookkeeping, pricing

hope you get there. I went through something like this 13 years ago and strangers helped me out. All the best.
Good luck, Maria. Small businesses are the heart of Salvador. Hope you're open again soon
