I'm launching a language school in San Nicolás de los Garza next October. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a language school, willing to have a monthly call for the first six months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

hope it all works out, Liliana. Hope the shop reopens soon. I hope November is when things finally get easier.
Rooting for you. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Thinking of San Nicolás de los Garza.
Hope things get better soon, Liliana. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Greetings from Atlanta
keep going. Shared it with a few friends. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Blessings.
Good luck, Liliana. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I'm in farming myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Love from Sacramento.
thanks for sharing this. Shared it with a few friends. God bless
hope it all works out. Looking forward to the next update. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double
