I'm launching a catering business in Kyiv next January. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a catering business, willing to have a monthly call for the first six months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.
- effort
- 1 hour a month
- format
- Online or by phone
- skills

Stay strong, Halyna. This could happen to any of us.
Sending good thoughts, Halyna. Shared this with my family. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Thinking of Kyiv
