Halina is launching a dog-grooming salon and would love advice from someone who has built one.

I'm launching a dog-grooming salon in London next November. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a dog-grooming salon, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Glad we found this place.

Good luck, Halina. Gave what I could, wish it was more. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. All the best
Sending love, Halina. Looking forward to the next update.
Rooting for you, Halina. Hope the shop reopens soon. I went through something like this 7 years ago and strangers helped me out. Love from Thiruvananthapuram.
