A business mentor for Fumiko's new craft brewery in Tokyo
Fumiko is launching a craft brewery and would love advice from someone who has built one.

I'm launching a craft brewery in Tokyo next October. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a craft brewery, willing to have a monthly call for the first four months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

- 1 hour a month

Praying for you, Fumiko. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Love from Hồ Chí Minh City.
