A business mentor for Fitzroy's new dog-grooming salon in Half-Way Tree
Fitzroy is launching a dog-grooming salon and would love advice from someone who has built one.

I'm launching a dog-grooming salon in Half-Way Tree next October. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a dog-grooming salon, willing to have a monthly call for the first six months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Hang in there. I hope things turn around soon. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money
rooting for you, Fitzroy. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust.
