Fajar is launching a language school and would love advice from someone who has built one.

I'm launching a language school in Bogor next June. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a language school, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Thank you for reading my story.

Hang in there, Fajar. Shared it with a few friends. Greetings from Hannover.
Hope this works out for you. We're a small family in Tucson but we're thinking of you. Blessings
Take care, Fajar. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Love from Los Angeles
Praying for you. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust.
