A business mentor for Ayu's new dog-grooming salon in Jakarta
A short monthly mentoring call on pricing, suppliers and bookkeeping would help a first-time founder.

I'm launching a dog-grooming salon in Jakarta next September. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a dog-grooming salon, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
- effort
- 1 hour a month
- format
- Online or by phone
- skills
- small business experience, bookkeeping, pricing

stay strong, Ayu. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. I hope October is when things finally get easier
Wishing you peace. Small businesses are the heart of Jakarta. Hope you're open again soon. All the best
Keep going, Ayu. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My brother had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Take care.
Keep going, Ayu. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up
