A braille note-taker for Gloria: help Gloria move freely
A braille note-taker would give Gloria independence - we're $3,900 away.

Gloria lives with multiple sclerosis. The occupational therapist at the Anaheim Rehabilitation Centre has assessed her and recommended a braille note-taker. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $3,900.
Her current equipment is 8 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 12 weeks.
With the right equipment Gloria could go to school independently. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
Where the $3,900 goes:
• braille note-taker: $3,050
• Fitting and training sessions: $380
• Delivery and set-up: $130
• First-year servicing plan: $340
