Coats, boots, hats and gloves are needed before the cold snap.

I coordinate donations at the Jacaranda Mosque in Cardiff. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 2 to 14 years. If you're in Cardiff, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Jacaranda Mosque on Monday between 11am and 2pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Jacaranda Mosque clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Thank you for reading my story.

Praying for you, Luca. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Put this on a community board in Saint-Denis this morning. Love from Saint-Denis.
Sending strength, Luca. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Take care.
Thanks for sharing this, Luca. It takes guts to ask. Well done. God bless
Hope it all works out. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. I'm in retail myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Thinking of Cardiff.
Wishing you the best, Luca. This could happen to any of us. I'm in public service myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Greetings from Lagos.
Praying for you. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. After 27 years in public service I know how hard it is to ask for anything. All the best.
