I coordinate donations at Cedar Refugee Centre in Gazipur. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 2 to 14 years. If you're in Gazipur, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Cedar Refugee Centre on Friday between 11am and 4pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Cedar Refugee Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Hope it all works out, Ratul. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Don't be hard on yourself for asking
Shared this with my family. We're a small family in Lahore but we're thinking of you. Greetings from Lahore.
sending love. Hope this works out for you. After 14 years in social work I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Take care.
