55 pairs of children's shoes for the Lotus Family Centre
A simple way to help: donate warm clothing for kids at the Lotus Family Centre.

I coordinate donations at the Lotus Family Centre in Leicester. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Leicester, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Lotus Family Centre on Saturday between 11am and 4pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Lotus Family Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
