I coordinate donations at Union Refugee Centre in Entebbe. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled. We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 4-12. If you're in Entebbe, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Union Refugee Centre on Sunday between 11am and 3pm. If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate. Items go to families directly and the rest to the Union Refugee Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone. Thank you so much.

Stay strong, Waweru. Shared it with a few friends. Blessings.

    • Thanks for sharing this, Waweru. Looking forward to the next update. My neighbor in Las Cruces donated after I showed her your page.

      • Hang in there. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. After 6 years in engineering I know how hard it's to ask for anything. God bless.

        • Hope you get there. I'll check back for the next update. Love from Kaduna

          • Shared this with my family. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Greetings from Casablanca.
