I coordinate donations at the Harmony Primary School in Piraeus. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled. We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 2 to 14 years. If you're in Piraeus, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Harmony Primary School on Friday between 10am and 2pm. If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate. Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Harmony Primary School clothing bank, which is open to everyone. Thank you so much.

Sending strength, Michail. I hope things turn around soon. After 30 years in teaching I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Thinking of Piraeus

Wishing you the best, Michail. It takes guts to ask. Well done.

      • Hang in there, Michail. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. Don't give up. Blessings.
