19 volunteers for the Neighborhood Winter Coat Drive in Cambridge
Give a few hours to the Neighborhood Winter Coat Drive - everyone is welcome and no experience is needed.
🇺🇸 Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States1,233 views
Every year the Neighborhood Winter Coat Drive brings together 348 neighbors in Cambridge. I help organize it with 9 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for registration, sorting donations and carrying boxes. Shifts are four hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a family-friendly day, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

- 3-hour shift
- format
- In person in Cambridge
- skills

Thanks for sharing this. Your post was clear and honest. I went through something like this 5 years ago and strangers helped me out.
Praying for you. It takes guts to ask. Well done. I hope November is when things finally get easier. God bless.
Hope things get better soon. Hope you get there. I have a 10 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Blessings.
