19 volunteers for the Free Bike Repair Day in Geelong
We're short of hands for the Free Bike Repair Day; can you spare a morning?
🇦🇺 Geelong, Victoria, Australia1,560 views
Every year the Free Bike Repair Day brings together 582 neighbors in Geelong. I help organize it with 12 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for registration, sorting donations and carrying boxes. Shifts are two to three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a fun day for all ages, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
Thank you for reading my story.
