14 volunteers for the Seniors' Tea Afternoon in Los Angeles
Our small team in Los Angeles is running the Seniors' Tea Afternoon and needs volunteers for set-up, serving and clean-up.
🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States750 views
Every year the Seniors' Tea Afternoon brings together 311 neighbors in Los Angeles. I help organize it with 8 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for registration, sorting donations and carrying boxes. Shifts are two to three hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a long-standing tradition, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

I hope things turn around soon. I'll check back for the next update. Thinking of Los Angeles.
Good luck, Raymond. Looking forward to the next update. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Take care.
Sending love. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My neighbor in Bangkok donated after I showed her your page. Take care

Shared it with a few friends. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Greetings from Riyadh.
