Zakaria Hadi Cherif
Volunteer mentor with 6th of October City Learning Hub
- 🇪🇬 6th of October City, Giza, Egypt
- 6th of October City Learning Hub
- 1999 to 2015
- English, Arabic
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 530 people through 6th of October City Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Zakaria: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
